CARBON LASER PEEL
The Carbon Laser Peel is a revolutionary and safe laser treatment that has minimal-to-zero downtime. Cleansing: Carbon has the ability to absorb oil and contaminants from deep within the pores. When the laser is passed over the treatment area it targets and destroys the carbon particles, taking along any absorbed material with it.

Q-SWITCHED LASER
The Q-switched laser emits a beam at a specific wavelength of 1064 nm and works by fractional photothermolysis.
At 1064 nm, the dermis, which lies 1-2 mm below the skin surface, is specifically targeted which can promote new collagen formation. The superficial skin layer, the epidermis, is spared and hence, the Q-switched laser is non-ablative.
Rather than just a single laser beam, the Q-switched laser is broken up into many smaller beams (i.e. fractional), which then leaves tiny areas of healthy skin that can help speed up recovery of the area being treated. Q-switch also refers to the technique of delivering the laser in very short pulses.

Dual Yellow Laser is an FDA-approved multi-wavelength laser treatment – the green and yellow light is effective for targeting skin concerns such as skin pigmentation particularly melasma, and acnes and redness, as well as other vascular lesions such as seborrheic keratosis. It is a copper bromide laser that helps to reduce acne, melasma, redness and sensitivity. With just 3-6 treatments at 2-3 week intervals, this laser treatment aims for maximum benefits with minimal discomfort and side effects. Improvements are gradual as clearer and healthy-looking skin is more visible after each treatment. For best results, 6 treatments, spaced 3 weeks apart is recommended. Thereafter, maintenance treatments can be done once every 2 months or as require.

Moreover, Miiren uses Pro-Yellow Laser which is a more advanced and improved version of the commonly used Dual-Yellow laser. Using a special wavelength of 577nm, the Pro-Yellow Laser is able to effectively kill acne bacteria and shrink sebum-producing sebaceous glands. Traditionally, ablative lasers have yielded the best results for skin resurfacing but require a much longer recovery time as the surface skin cells (i.e. epidermis) are vaporised.
Fractional lasers are broken up into many smaller beams so that the treated area retains a portion of healthy skin that can promote faster recovery through the formation of new collagen. It affects just 15-20% of the surface in a pixelated manner with no down time and inflammation.
